C Mandurah Terms & Conditions

These are our STRICT TERMS & CONDITIONS which you sign off on by proceeding with this booking.

GUEST CONDUCT

We are an independent apartment resort, owned and managed by a local family. Our local staff are valued members of our C Mandurah team. We are a professional accommodation business, and we have very high standards for the accommodation we provide and the guests we accommodate.

We have zero tolerance to rude, obnoxious, aggressive, and abusive individuals. If our people feel threatened in any way, we will call the Police or security to assist us, and you will be charged a call out fee. CCTV footage throughout the Resort.

Our apartments are leased off individual owners and managed by us. Any damage to apartments is a direct cost to us and the owners of the apartments. We are also the caretaker for Strata and are obliged to uphold a very high standard of conduct and service at all times. This includes monitoring conduct in common areas including the pool, spa, boardwalk, gardens, and jetties. These spaces are shared so please abide by the house rules, keep an eye on your children’s behaviour and respect the amenity by keeping noise to a minimum. Walk into the City if you feel like letting your hair down, then sneak back in quietly please.

CHECK-IN DETAILS           

Check in time is 2pm/ 1pm for Sunday's (Late check in's MUST be prearranged with reception at least 24 hours before arrival. Your reservation will be cancelled if you haven't arrived by 4pm Monday - Saturday and 1pm Sunday and we are not able to contact you.

CHECK-OUT DETAILS

Check out time is 10am. Keys can be dropped at reception or in the key drop box next to the reception entrance. You will lose your bond if keys aren't returned.

RECEPTION HOURS

9am to 5/6pm Monday-Saturday. 10am to 2pm Sunday.

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS        

The Night Manager button outside Reception is strictly for emergencies only. Bond deductions will apply for non-urgent calls and call outs.

The after-hours number (strictly emergencies only) is 9535 9699.

PHOTO ID/ VERIFICATION

At least one form of photo ID will be required at check in. 

BOND

 $200 preauthorisation per apartment at check in (credit or debit card only). Held funds will be released by your financial institution up to 10 days post stay. Please do not request to pay by cash or to have monies refunded when you check out. Keys will not be handed over without a bond being paid.

RISK      

You are responsible for your own safety, and the safety of others, and agree to indemnify C Mandurah against any accident or injury in the apartments or on common ground and the gymnasium in the Apollo Quay complex. If you identify a risk, please report it to reception immediately. We will ask you to fill in an incident report.               

The Complex is built alongside the Mandurah Canals and this area is not fenced and can be shallow water when the tide is out. Some apartments have balconies and fall zones so children must be supervised in the apartments and in the common grounds of the Resort at all times.

CAR PARKING                   

C Mandurah offers complimentary on site car parking in designated bays only. Bays were built to standard 20+ years ago so larger modern cars may be a squeeze. We have overflow parking out the front, however bays are limited, and the front area is not gated.

Please PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING BAYS ONLY. You will be asked to move your vehicle if you park in a bay that is not allocated to your apartment. Please note, most of our car parks were built to a smaller standard in the past. Larger modern cars and 4WDs may find it a squeeze. We do have overflow car parking out the front, but it is limited.

BOND DEDUCTIONS

Part or all of your bond will be retained if;

  • If we smell smoke or catch anyone smoking anything in apartments or in the complex other than allocated smoking areas (carports and out the front of the Resort). That includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes/ vaping, dope etc. 
  • Lost keys. We must change locks in this instance.
  • Rooms are damaged in any way including from pets (which are not permitted), pet smells etc..
  • The place is left untidy. You are required to remove rubbish from all bins and spaces in the apartment and clean and put away dishes.
  • We are called out after hours for an error on your part. Please take your key with you every time. The doors automatically close and lock. Please do not be noisy neighbours. The volume of voices, music etc should be going south as the evening progresses and not be heard after 10pm. 
  • Any furniture is moved between apartments or not placed back exactly where it was left. 
  • If rooms are overcrowded. Do not under any circumstances bring swags or blow-up mattresses. You will be charged additional accommodation fees if we notice more than the allocated guests per room which are stated at the point of booking. You may also be asked to leave the premises if there is overcrowding as this can place additional pressure on the apartment infrastructure and amenity for neighbours (more people = more noise).
  • If we are called in to ask you to move your car out of a parking bay that is not allocated to your apartment.

In summary, please treat staff and other guests with respect, no pets, no parties, children supervised, no overcrowding, smoking restricted to carports and front of the Complex and noise going well south after 10pm!

DAMAGE POLICY

You must keep the property and its content(s), including all furniture, electronic equipment, fixtures, fittings, and effects in, on or at the Property in the same state of repair as at the start of the stay, and shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found when you arrived.

You will be responsible to reimburse C Mandurah for all damage(s), breakages or loss(es) caused to the Property by you and/or the rest of your guest(s).

Where any breakages, damage(s) or loss(es) occur, you should report it firsthand to the front desk (as soon as reasonably practicable, but always before checkout).

You will be required to pay for any damage(s), breakage(s) and loss(es) made to the property and its contents (as defined above) within 7 days of departure.

NO PARTY POLICY

C Mandurah has a strict no party policy. If any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the hotel reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. If an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non-refundable. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

COMPLEX RESTRICTED NO SMOKING RULES

This is a restricted smoking complex. That means you are very welcome to smoke cigarettes and e-cigarettes/vaping in carports (please close the front door if you choose the carport) or out the front of the complex. STRICTLY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE RESORT. NO SMOKING ON BALCONIES, PATIOS, NEAR THE POOL/ SPA - ANY PUBLIC SPACE IN THE RESORT. We are not anti-smoking. We just ask that you respect all guests and staff in the complex.

POOL RULES

This is not a party zone. Keep noise low and behaviour respectful. Children must be supervised.

Glass is not permitted in the pool or spa area. This includes all bottles and stubbies.

Exit this area at designated sign posted times. CCTV will catch you if you stay too long or try to access through the night. Bond deductions will apply.

Be fair and considerate. Let everyone have a turn of these spaces. Do not leave bags on chairs to hold them unless you are in the pool or spa.

PLUMBING

Items such as wet wipes, paper kitchen towel and sanitary products should be disposed of responsibly. Do not flush these products. They do not breakdown and cause blockages. Bonds will be deducted for guest negligence.

SHARED LAUNDRIES

These are for use in reasonable day light hours. Please use your common sense when deciding on the best timing.

STAFF ENTERING APARTMENTS

Our staff do not usually enter apartments without an appointment or unless they are due for a scheduled mid stay clean. Please contact reception if you need additional linen, guest amenities and so forth.

Staff may enter rooms to conduct a property check. Hanging a do not disturb sign will not deter them from entering in these rare scenarios where they suspect rules are being broken. They will always knock and call out first.
